The Jackson Hole Hotel was an excellent hotel located in the Teton Village. The room was very clean, nice and the bed very comfortable. Many restaurants on site to choose from didn't need a reservation for the finer restaurants but good idea to reserve on busy nights. We took the tram up the mountain and hiked down. Nice day, great location, away from the crowds at Jackson. I would recommend this hotel.

Positives: The hotel was clean and nice. The location was perfect for us at the ski lodge. There were many fine restaurants to choose from.

Negatives: The room was on the ground level under a stair case the one window did not provide light and the A/C unit leaked on the floor.

Way overpriced and out of the way. I was looking for hotels in Jackson Hole. I ended up with a room at the Inn at Jackson Hole in Teton Village, 11 miles away from Jackson Hole.

Positives: Nothing

Negatives: Everything. Old, dingy, cramped, falling apart, overpriced, extra fees.

Perfect for a family on a budget.

Positives: Comfortable and informal.

Negatives: A bit old and tired.

Creepy. Dingy. And depressing. No matter what the photos show you, this is a very old hotel: think cider shingles from the 1960s. The outside woodwork is in disrepair and badly in need of paint. Our shower area (not renovated) had peeling paint all along the top of the tile on two sides. When I asked the front desk about this, the answer was that repairs arenft made until the end of the summer. The dinginess of the hotel is made even more obvious because it is located right next to the new, glitzy Hotel Terra: which, by the way, is where the front desk told me to go when I asked for a good cup of coffee. Also, it may be a coincidence, but each time I went to the front desk, there was someone else there complaining about charges, such as restaurant meals, being added unfairly to their bill. As a final insult, beware the extra, unmentioned $12 eresortf fee. In short, Ifd stay pretty much anywhere else before staying here again.

Positives: Comfortable beds. Clean room.

Negatives: Badly peeling paint all through bathroom.

The hotel could have been great but we had a<BR/>bad room with a broken air conditioner, an a bad view, and by security lights on 24 hrs that couldn't be turned off, so it was like sleeping in a room with lights on. So make sure you aren't staying in #108, 109 or those 1st floor rooms by the laundry.

Positives: Location was great, bed linens &amp; furnishings nice.

Negatives: Only window had view of dirty laundry collection.

Met our needs. Over pried for the quality of room, however the whole area is over priced.

Positives: The location was great.

Negatives: Charged a resort tax

We had a tough time finding the hotel because our directions led us through the park, and it was dark so we thought we had gotten lost. Also, I called ahead to make sure I could check into the hotel late and was told that I would have to go to a hotel next door because the main lobby would be closed. I would not have known that if I hadn't called. But these are both very minor. We LOVED this hotel!

Positives: Comfortable, clean, plush.

Negatives: Weird pillow arrangement on the beds.

Overall we had a great stay. It was very pet friendly where we could let our puppy exercise and have a good time. We slept well which is difficult for us normally. No businesses were open in the off season, so food choices were nil. When we left in the morning there was nobody in the office until 9:00 am, so we could not get our receipt, which makes us uneasy.

Positives: Comfy beds &amp; pillows and it was very quiet. We slept well.

Negatives: There was no person to check us out in the morning.

Nearly impossible to find this hotel in the dark, if you are unfamiliar. No lighting in the area to speak of. Staff was friendly, but extremely confusing layout and directions to room. We had to go back to the lobby and ask for a guide! Room was small, tub was stained and woodwork was dirty and ancient stand alone AC unit with warning on it not to move because it leaks! (Glad we didn't need it) There was gap under door due to missing trim. When the adjoining room occupants were in the bathroom I would have sworn they were in mine! I could hear them taking pills out of a bottle. Lobby area and pool lovely, but closes at 10:00.

Positives: Checking out of it.

Negatives: Nearly impossible to find in dark, rooms small

Looks old and poorly designed from the outside but the room's interior was nice.

Positives: Location in Jackson Hole and relatively low price.

Negatives: Hard to find, poor setting, poor exterior.

Very nice, at the Base of the Jackson Hole Resort in Teton Village. Close to the Mangy Moose. Quiet and comfortable.

Positives: Hotel staff was very attentive.

Negatives: Cleaning crew needed more training.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here after finishing Lotoja. Excellent location at the base of Jackson Hole Ski Resort. The exterior is a little run down, but interiors of the rooms were clean and up-to-date. Housekeeping ran late on Sunday, but we only needed towels for the next day, so it wasn't a big deal. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette and fold-out couch were nice. All in all an excellent value for the money.

Positives: Great location, excellent sushi restaurant, good sized room.

Negatives: Outside was a bit shabby, housekeeping was very late.

The initial room was musty and smelly. I complained about the room. The next room the location was right next to the elevator. I complained again. This time they upgraded me. The room was very nice but worn. The carpet was worn and pulled up in some areas. The rest of the room was comfortable with a nice view. Most of the previous rooms had no views (other than into the center of the building. All in all, I would not recommend the hotel. I have to give the staff kudos though. I am a difficult customer and they did satisfy me in the end.

Positives: The staff was excellent.

Negatives: Original rooms smelled musty and were in bad locations.
