Great location a the foot of the Grand Teuton Mountains - breathtaking.

Amazing hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in Teton village. Staying in Jackson is nice because it is convenient, but Teton Village is so much more beautiful then even the city of Jackson.
Positives: The room was amazing and the view was spectacular.
Negatives: I didn't like the fact we only got to stay 4 nights. Wished I could have stayed longer.

This hotel was very clean, service was friendly and I would definitely say here again.
Positives: Very nice clean feeling.
Negatives: A larger more active bar would be nice.

The only way I would stay there again is if a regular (Queen or King) bed were offered, the murphy bed was sub-standard.
Positives: location
Negatives: beds are not up to par for a mountain lodge & spa hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very helpful, and I would highly recommend a visit to the spa.
Positives: The spa was fabulous- it was the reason I selected this hotel and I was not disappointed.
Negatives: The location- activities in the village were limited so I regularly took a bus to Jackson.

The hotel had excellent furnishings and amenities. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and hospitable. Bed was comfortable with no sagging spots and had more than enough pillows - both feather and foam. Bed linens were luxurious and made for relaxing sleeping. The whirlpool tub was oversized - big enough for 2. Housekeeping always stocked the bathroom with more than enough towels, without us even having to ask. Kitchenette in junior suite was well stocked with everything that was needed, and more. The in-room safe was large enough to accommodate a laptop with about 4 inches to spare all the way around. With everything else being so nice, we were surprised that the in-room TV was not a flat screen. Overall, our stay was excellent!
Positives: Was upgraded to a junior suite for no extra charge!
Negatives: Was at least an hour away from Yellowstone?

Jackson Hole is a quick 20 min. drive form Jackson. The Teton Mountain Lodge exudes a sense of calm. I was so relaxed & felt at home. I loved this portion of my trip and did not want to leave. I wished I have more work in that area. Crazy huh! It would be worth it. I felt like I could move right in and live there.
Positives: The spa was amazing & you can use it free if staying there. There are spa services you can get & the massage was great!
Negatives: The Murphy bed was not that comfortable.

It was nice and enjoyable but for being the off-season in Jackson it was pretty expensive.
Positives: It was nice and clean and the tub was awesome.
Negatives: It was a little expensive for what you got.

This hotel was way overpriced for what you got. Our room was located next to the garbage bins (that was our 'beautiful mountain view). When we went to the restaurant, it was less than half full. The hostess asked if we had reservations and we said no. She indicated that we may not be served in time to attend a concert nearby. We said "No thanks" and got a dirty look. We ended up eating at a wonderful BBQ place down the road. Dont care if it was in Jackson Hole or not, we felt totally ripped off and we'll never go there again.
Positives: They had Starbucks coffee in the lobby.
Negatives: The hotel was difficult to find, construction had everything torn up, and the restaurant was understaffed.

Nice pretty Lodge type atmosphere. Rooms are well appointed.
Positives: Welcome reception with wine/beers and cheeses. But you had to be there before 6:30 or you wouldn't get any.
Negatives: Roads are currently in construction and cannot get to the front with out going through the parking lot. This wasn't too convenient.

The room was pleasant and the tub/shower was phenomenal! The restaurant had great dessert and decent breakfast. The locks on the doors were terrible. I had to get a new key every time I left the room and my key never worked to get into the pool/spa. I had to rely on guests in the pool to help me in. The beds were comfortable with quality linens. We had scenic views and smell from the open windows was refreshing as was the ability to open windows in a hotel. Would recommend.
Positives: The bellhop was great! Views were great!
Negatives: Had to get a new key every time I left the room.

We loved the hotels location and found the staff to be very friendly. The room was beautiful. When we arrived they had reserved a room with two queen beds and it was great. The air-conditioning turned off at night and since there was no cross breeze things got very hot. We complained and they were able to help us. They are building an outdoor pool which is sure to be beautiful. This will probably be the nicest hotel in Teton Village when everything is finished. We were able to wake up and go hiking or rent bikes, drive to Yellowstone, etc
Positives: We liked the location to the grand tetons and the concierge was knowledgeable.
Negatives: Air conditioning was not working and I noticed other customers complained also.

Positives: Great tiled bathroom. Fireplace was added bonus!
Negatives: Exercise room was undergoing renovations. Bummer!

Beautiful hotel. Nicely appointed. Wonderful fireplaces in the main entrance. Made a good place to enjoy a good glass of wine and relax. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Positives: Friendliness of staff and beautiful setting.
Negatives: Parking was inconvenient because they were working on the parking lot.

Spectacular location and views, top rate furnishings and amenities.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: They told me I had a king bed and it was a Murphy bed queen.
