I would never stay at this hotel again we had a great time in Evanston, WY but we do not need to be treated like that. We waited in line for 20min to check in just to find out that our room would not be ready for another 30 minutes.

Positives: Good location.

Negatives: Room was not ready by 2:00 pm Staff was very rude when we checked in.

Room was clean and adequate for the business traveler. (Refer to comments of question 14. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy to us there wireless provider.
