Alcova Lake Campground is a campsite / RV park located in Alcova.
The Alcova Reservoir covers 2,470 surface acres. Facilities include six campgrounds, *three reservable and three first come, first served. There are eight boat ramps, 10 reservable docks, five reservable group shelters, a full hook-up campground, a dump station, coin operated water fill station, the Dinosaur Interpretive Trail at Cottonwood campground and a playground with beach volleyball at Little Beach. The Alcova Dam and Power plant, features of the Kendrick Project are on the North Platte River about 30 miles from Casper. Pathfinder Bird Refuge, Pathfinder Reservoir, and Seminoe Reservoir are nearby.
