Great lobby. Free Internet. Complimentary breakfast. Close to shopping mall. Should probably get another 1/2 star.
Positives: Price and complimentary breakfast.
Negatives: No elevator to 2nd floor.

Carpet needs to be clean.
Positives: Convenient to where I had to attend the following day.

The bed cover had gum stuck to it. No extra towels were available, and the cot had sheets and a blanket that showed previous use. The help was using the pay wash machines to wash towels etc. I do not appreciate the Asst Mg. yelling at us about his help not showing up for work and to make due with what has been provided.
Positives: Ease of parking, rooms easily accessible.
Negatives: The Asst Mgr Ted was rude, not caring, self indulged.
