Unbelievable!! Don't stay! Very dirty, staff and management were not only rude but acted scary and bizarre actually called the police and lied and said we threatened them just because we wanted clean sheets or a refund! It is so unbelievable I think they are unstable and unsafe! Used filthy language in front of children I could go on and on> Never experienced anything like this in my life.

The room was fine but everything else was in disrepair. It was snowing hard but the staff did no shoveling or plowing at all not even at the outdoor entrances. Immediately next door, there are some really low rent apartments that have garbage and junk strewn outside and a bunch of junk cars too. Ran out of coffee at the breakfast bar plus no dining tables or chairs.
