The Dig’s ( / Food Truck ). Located at 402 South Otsego Avenue. In the spring of 2018, we picked up an empty trailer and created our kitchen on wheels.
Our food truck is a family owned and operated business with a home base in the small town of Elmira, MI. Devin combined his Culinary Arts degree with inspiration from Korea and Japan, where he was stationed in the Marine Corps, and added a few Chinese favorites to round out and complete the menu. We serve delicious Asian cuisine throughout the spring, summer, and fall!
We offer the surrounding cities of Gaylord, Petoskey, and Onaway a few options they can’t find anywhere else.
You will also find us at local events and fairs in addition to our daily and weekly stops. We enjoy serving great food to our frequent customers and new faces alike!
