Met our needs for a reasonable priced room for a short stay.
Positives: Reasonable price, clean rooms, comfortable beds, & good breakfast.
Negatives: Unable to get fresh air into the room.

Clean rooms, quiet hotel.
Positives: The hotel was quiet and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Negatives: There was no hot water in the morning and there was no hair dryer in the room.

With sensitivities, it was truly difficult to have to enter our motel with both attendants smoking cigarettes right at the door we had to go through. They were very young and immature; they did open the door for us and we thanked them and ushered our cases into the hotel with the smoke. Everything else was okay for the economy, except the towels lack of absorbency. The room was clean and welcoming.

This is a good hotel if you are visiting Appleton to shop. It is clean and comfy. However, the breakfast could use some fruit.

The hotel was old smelled like smoke and staff was dressed in street clothes. It was somewhere to sleep but would never stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone.

Being within walking distance of Fox River Mall was great!
Positives: Within walking distance of Fox River Mall & lots of eating choices, nice alternative to Green Bay.

Provided a place to sleep in a location that was heavily booked for massive Air show (Air Venture).

The staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable. Whirlpool was clean and nice. Centrally located. Our key would not work a couple of times but staff was more than helpful and accommodated us.
Positives: Great price, very clean and quiet, comfortable bedding, nice whirlpool.
Negatives: Small rooms, but what I'd expect for such a low price.

I'd go there again. It met my price expectations and was reasonably nice & clean inside. It was also easy to access from the highway, which was handy because we were traveling back and forth between where we stayed and a bigger city. Loved the Wifi internet in the room, nice big fridge, and lots of storage cabinets.

The price was too high, rooms are very small and compact, good thing was close to the shopping and food.

Location is good, especially for the mall shopping center. Staff is helpful but rooms are in need of updating.
