Bed was comfy, had all the normal cable channels (most don't include the SyFi channel, they do!) Windows could be opened for fresh air. The bathroom fan and flushing was actually very quiet, so you aren't waking the neighbors or your spouse with midnight trips. Hot tub, pool and sauna were also .....
While growing up, I stayed there 2 weeks every summer for 25 years with my family. At that time there were 7 cottages and they were fantastic. 5 of the 7 have been sold but the largest, Pioneer, is still available and just as I remember. Brings back many, many wonderful memories and now I can .....

Margaret Lockwood Gallery
Located at 7 South 2nd Avenue. Margaret Lockwood Gallery is the home of Margaret’s ethereal, abstract paintings interpreting the beauty and landscapes of Door County, Wisconsin. A many times awarded and featured Master Artist, Margaret’s work has the power to allow a viewer to take their experience of Door County with them into their home or business. The Door County art gallery is located in Sturgeon Bay’s Steel Bridge Creative District on 2nd Ave. and Michigan Street. The 1870’s era historic building has been refurbished as an anchor for the District. The art gallery is open all year by appointment and on Facebook and Twitter. From June to October it is open most days from 10-5. Margaret Lockwood Gallery News features a weekly photograph of Margaret’s painting wall where you can watch paintings begin, come to life and leave the wall for hanging in the gallery.
