The newly renovated GuestHouse Inn and Suites Sioux Falls is an attractive 43 room two story hotel that features 100 percent smoke free rooms 32 inch flat screen TVs inroom refrigerators microwaves irons and ironing boards.

All rooms have been upgraded with a new luxurious bedding package that is cleaned daily.

The hotel is located just off I29 at exit 81 with easy off and on access from the interstate. The GuestHouse Inn and Suites Sioux Falls offers a deluxe continental breakfast that features make your own waffles and is served 6am to 9am Monday thru Friday and 6am to 10am on Saturday and Sunday. Scrumptious Lunch and Dinner options are also available at The Roll N Pin restaurant which is conveniently located next door to our hotel. Other amenities include Free High Speed Wireless Internet access throughout the property heated indoor pool and fitness room for guest usage. The GuestHouse Inn and Suites Sioux Falls also has a meeting room can accommodate up to 20 people.

Our hotel is conveniently located less than a mile from the Denny Sanford Premier Center Sioux Falls Arena and Convention Center and minutes from the Sanford Pentagon Scheels IcePlex Great Plains Zoo Sioux Falls Regional Airport Falls Park and Downtown Sioux Falls.

The GuestHouse Inn & Suites Sioux Falls offers a deluxe continental breakfast with make your own malted waffles served from 6am to 9am Monday thru Friday and 6am to 10am on Saturday and Sunday. We also have the Roll N Pin restaurant located next door to the GuestHouse Inn & Suites. The GuestHouse Inn & Suites is a pet friendly hotel and children 18 years of age and younger stay free. The GuestHouse Inn & Suites Sioux Falls has a beautiful two room suite with wet bar microwave refrigerator dining area and gas fireplace.
