Overall the location of the hotel is good. It is within a couple miles of Custer State Park. Only, 11 miles to Crazy Horse Memorial, and within 35 mile of Mount Rushmore. The hotel was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast left a little to be desired. On a Friday .....
The rooms were clean. The water was not easy to regulate when taking a shower. Would go from cold to extremely hot. The walls are very thin. You can hear almost everything going on in the room next to you or behind. Hotel staff is unavailable after 10 PM for problems such as loud guest. The pool .....
