Sigler's Rotisserie & Seafood ( Dining / Seafood ). Located at 12 Sheridan Park Circle. Sigler's Rotisserie opened October 1996 by Chef/Owner Michael Sigler and wife, Shirley, along with long-time associate Chef Todd Elliott.
Featuring a state of the art open kitchen and a world-class rotisserie, Sigler's soon became the talk of Bluffton and the Lowcountry. In the early days, Sigler's served items exclusively from the rotisserie, such as Duckling, Prime Rib, Rack of Pork, Tenderloin of Beef, and Chicken. In 1998, we changed out name to Sigler's Rotisserie & Seafood in order to expand the menu to include our abundance of local seafood.

Jim 'n Nick's Bar-b-q ( Dining / BBQ ). Located at 872 Fording Island Road. Ribs. Pork. Chicken. Brisket. Hell, even sausage. All BBQ has the same three basic ingredients: smoke, meat and time. What makes it different is the amount, consideration and attention to each part of that recipe. That, and some really great bbq sauce, too. At Jim ‘N Nick’s, we pride ourselves on using the right ingredients, taking our time and honoring the traditions that brought us barbecue.
