It needs renovation and extermination treatment.

Positives: The staff was friendly and professional.

Negatives: Had roaches and ants, so we re-booked with Priceline to find a better location.

Friendly staff. Extended stay guests seemed mainly blue collar. Felt safe. Kichenette nice, don't forget to bring your own filters and coffee for the coffemaker! Beds suprisingly comfortable. Observed cleaning staff stripping beds to include washing bedspreads.

Positives: Near resort area at low price with kitchenette.

Negatives: Elevator speed and smell.

Positives: There was a bed.

Negatives: The side door did not lock-felt unsafe, AC was not that good.

This hotel met the needs of our family vacation. The kitchenette was the most attractive feature in that we were able to save money on dining cost. The only thing that we had complaint with was the fact that those staying at the hotel long-term for business had a tendency to take up ownership at the pool where they proceeded to use foul language and drink alcohol in front of our six year old. The other issue was that the hotel website advertised ironing boards and irons in the rooms but when we arrived were told we would have to check-out an iron and mini ironing board for an hour. Nonetheless, the location was good and the rate was excellent. I would stay here again if planning another trip to this area.

Positives: Location, cost effective, kitchenette.

Negatives: Lack of towels, no iron/ironing board in room.

It's hard to know how to take people as you read through these reviews, so I will start by saying that I am a very non-picky, easy-going, just looking for a decent cheap place to stay while I was traveling to interview for a job in Bluffton, sc. I read the reviews by others- one person said that it was a decent place for the money, and the other person said it was horrible. I tried to convince myself that the person who gave it a bad review was just an overly picky person (especially since I had just been to an extended stay America in Seattle that got a bad review from a recent guest, and it turned out to be a nice clean place to stay - especially for the price). At first arrival I thought it was going to be pretty nice- it looks clean from the outside (minus the 300 dumpy construction workers vehicles), but then the door opened and it was all down hill. Truly disgusting> dirty halls (looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks) dead bugs everywhere! - Dead cockroaches in my kitchen, ants (live ones) crawling all over. The flooring had dirt and grime ground in. The baseboards had dirt and hair all around the edges. I literally did not take off my shoes in the room except to shower or get into bed. There was a pile of food pieces of some sort right in front of the door to my room - and they stayed there the entire time I was there even after I went to the front desk to tell the manager that I would appreciate the removal of the dead cockroaches and maybe a quick vacuum on the food. (They did remove the cockroaches, but not the food.) And the worst part was the smell: I don't know if other peoples rooms smelled like mine, but mine literally smelled like the person before me had been keeping a horse in the room. Anyway. I could go on and on, and on, but if you are not a construction worker looking for the cheapest place around to stay for a long time, and you can afford a slightly more expensive place, do not stay here> not family friendly>>> but seemingly.

Positives: Good location.

Negatives: Disgustingly filthy.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay for the least amount of money and still receive quality service and a comfortable stay especially a family traveling on vacation.

Positives: The location was superb. Beautiful landscaping, and the suites are cozy!

Negatives: They need new furniture!

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to be moved due to an ant problem. Also one of the cleaning staff stole a package of pull-ups from our room. Nothing was done about this. This hotel is used mainly for work crews. People who are in the construction business. Not oriented towards the family at least not during the time that we were there.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: This hotel had a bug problem. Also one of their maids stole from us. Nothing was done.
