Our floor was a designated non-smoking room/floor but when we returned from shopping on Friday night - (2nd night) we could tell that some of the occupants on the floor were smoking.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Smell of smoke-remote control did not work.

Would never go to this place again.
Positives: The proximity to what we were visiting.
Negatives: Dirty, nasty, discussing, filthy, smoky, stinky, noisy, beds in poor shape.

Except for the pillows and not getting a cot the hotel was fine there was no restaurant but they did offer a continental breakfast which was good.
Positives: It was very convenient to get to from the highway.
Negatives: The pillows were flat and we were unable to get cots for the room.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor would I stay there again. For the cost it was definitely overpriced.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I had to buy air and room fresheners to tolerate staying there.

Staff was very helpful. Was assigned a smoking room, did not ask for it. I was told it was on my order, they gave me a non-smoking but was on 2nd floor, hard for me to climb stairs. Buildings are set very far back from the road. Office was close to the road, confusing location. Room could have smelled fresher. Plenty of water & hot too, could have used a little bleach & tile cleaner in bathroom..
Positives: The bed , room and general area was clean.
Negatives: No elevators, difficult to find buildings from road, mold around shower area.
