I stayed with my 21 year old grandson and with the two queen beds, microwave and small refrigerator it served our needs perfectly.

Positives: Clean, convenient and price was right.

I booked this hotel because I had stayed there previously and it was very clean, good location and the price was right. I was very surprised to see how it had deteriorated. I could not stay there with the smell of smoke for my sake and my daughter and grandchild. The sad thing was we arrived at 10:30pm and had to leave at that hour.

Positives: Location off interstate 90.

Negatives: Air quality and cleanliness.

Traveling with a wheelchair bound adult son, it would have been better to have 2 beds in a handicap room for his helper to be close in case of an emergency. A lot of handicap people travel with someone to assist and they need to be in the same room, but not the same bed.

Positives: The staff was friendly,room clean and quiet.

Negatives: Woken up to evacuate rooms with fire alarm. Some handicap rooms should have 2 beds.

For a 1 star hotel it was just what we expected. The room was very small but it had everything you would need. We would not stay there on a long vacation but it was fine for the short time we were there.

Positives: The location was good--my kids enjoyed the breakfast--the people were nice.

Negatives: I asked for an extra blanket and they didn't have one. The hallway smelled awful.

It was adequate for what I needed. Just a place to stay while taking a class for 4 days. There was no restaurant but the continental breakfast had a good assortment if you get there fairly early. Good coffee I will say that.

This hotel suited our needs, as we were only looking for a place to sleep and shower. The location worked perfect for us. Not my favorite hotel stay, however, I would stay here again.

Positives: Quite affordable and centrally located. All we needed was a safe place to sleep and this hotel suited us just fine.

Negatives: Room was small. Doors to parking lot were not numbered on the inside (very confusing).

Nice for a single bed room, but made me feel more like I was in downtown Manhattan than suburban Rochester.

We needed an inexpensive hotel to crash for the night so we didn't have to drive home. It was great for this purpose. It is not fancy, but very practical. Clean. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, nice free breakfast.

This is a basic, clean, easily accessible, no frills hotel. Staff was efficient and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was a computer with free internet access in a lounge next to the lobby. Continental breakfast was offered. 24 hour Denny's across the street and major mall less than 2 miles away. Easy highway access.

Positives: Convenient, easy access to parking and rooms, clean, efficient.

Negatives: Card keys for our room did not operate properly. Staff responded immediately to remedy the problem.

Just the type of hotel that I have been looking for. Clean room and premises, friendly service, excellent breakfast buffet. All we desire is a clean room, bed and bath. Do not have time for pools and other features that cause prices to increase beyond reason.

Positives: PM clerks was very helpful/female and black male.

Negatives: At check out, the clerk tried to collect cash from me. Put me through a ordeal, as I didn't pay.

It was convenient to the highway. Also the room temperature was easy to control, many times in less expensive hotels its either too hot or too cold with no adjustment available.

Positives: The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

Negatives: The continental breakfast was not very great-not enough variety.
