Clean. Friendly staff. Great free breakfast.

This hotel was AWESOME! I was so sad to check out. I love Hampton Inn& Suites in Vestal!
Positives: The beds were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping wasn't a nuisance.
Negatives: No room service. There were no sunflower seeds in the mini mart.

This hotel did not have any cookies at night like the other Hampton hotels.
Positives: Very nice property behind the hotel for hiking.
Negatives: The closet is too close to the chair. It is very difficult to hang up cloths in the closet.

We were allowed to check in early which was very convenient for us. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The lobby was quite attractive also with a cheery fire in the fireplace.
Positives: The hotel was very attractive and the complimentary breakfast was quite substantial.
Negatives: No negative comments.

The room was very clean, climate control system worked well and easy to operate, room did not have stuffy hotel smell, kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and appliances, pillow selection was good, bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the common sitting area was very nice.
Positives: Pleasant surprise to have a 2 room suite with sitting room and bedroom.
Negatives: There really was not anything which I did not like about the hotel.
