Had all the amenities I needed for a business trip including safe parking, in house dining, very comfortable rooms, helpful desk staff, fitness room. Was wonderfully close to good restaurants (car needed), grocery store, drug store, Downtown Tarrytown. Hotel shuttle to/from the metro train station (Tarrytown to Grand Central in 45 min.)

Positives: Location, staff, safe parking, and shuttle to metro train.

Negatives: Expensive dining menu..

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, attractively decorated, and comfortable. The front desk staff were not very friendly. When checking in, I had difficulty hearing what the desk clerk said, and when I asked her to repeat, she seemed testy. But, my interaction with her was very brief, and it did not affect the quality of my stay.

Positives: Very comfortable beds/ pillows.

Negatives: In a very industrial part of town.

I asked the front staff how much was the breakfast buffet. The staff told me that they had a Continental Breakfast on Monday through Friday, but didn't have a buffet until the weekend, which was a great buffet. The next morning I went down and it was a typical Continental breakfast, very good. I asked if there was a charge for orange juice, she said it came with the Breakfast buffet, she called it wrong. Turns out their play on words was basically $12 and they also charge for Internet, no free lobby. Top it off they tested the fire alarms at 8:30 in the morning without no warning, we didn't know if there was a fire or not.

Positives: Beds, A/C, fresh continental buffet.

Negatives: Set off fire alarm for test at 8:30am, it is not a Continental Breakfast, free, its a buffet, $12.

Very nice hotel, this was the 2nd time we stayed there. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean. The public areas of the hotel are warm and comfortable. There is fresh hot coffee and tea in the morning and newspapers. We were very happy with our stay. The only downside to the room itself for a business or pleasure traveler, is that there is no in-room safe for a laptop/valuables. The only negative thing about this hotel overall on this stay only, was that the hot tub was closed for some reason our entire stay. The pool room smelled horribly like chlorine with poor ventilation. This could be easily rectified. The pool and spa are generally a very nice amenity at this particular hotel.

One of the best Sheraton's I've ever stayed in. Front desk staff was as wonderful and friendly as one could ever ask for. Clean room and<BR/>nice bathroom, just a great place to stay.

New, fresh, modern. Very comfy bed. Great bathroom. Flat screen TV in room. Highly recommended. Staff was very friendly. Good location.

Wonderful brand new hotel in a convenient location. Great lobby and bar and restaurant area and a very nice, welcoming staff that is extremely helpful. Pool and fitness room are very nice. The only problem is soundproofing between the rooms is not that good, but the rooms themselves are spectacular. A nice touch is a microwave oven in the ice and vending rooms of each floor.

Positives: Location, brand new, very good, and helpful staff.

Negatives: Sound proofing between rooms is not good!

I would stay here every time - it was easy to get to, beautiful accommodations but the very best part was the staff - everyone we met was solicitous of our welfare.

I really could not complain about this hotel, everyone working there was very nice to me and my friend, and I will stay there again in the future. This is a very classy hotel and I told all my friends about it.

Positives: The things that I most like about this hotel was the flat screen TV, the shower, and the beautiful women that work there.

Negatives: The room was smaller then I thought it would be.

The rooms are fabulous. I love the bathroom. I appreciated the thought that was put into making our stay away from home a comfortable one.

Positives: Customer service was great before we even arrived - we were lost we called and were given precise directions. Our stay was great.

Negatives: I have no complaints, we were greeted with great service. We departed with great service.

This hotel is very new and the lobby and rooms are attractively decorated using up to date styles and furnishings. Bed was very comfortable. Wall mounted flat panel TV was High Definition enabled and picture was very nice. Biggest complaint was that you had to pay for wi fi. Most hotels offer free wireless internet access since it costs virtually nothing to install and provide. $10/day is steep if you just need to look up an email or get some driving directions online. Only other knock on the place is it is a bit isolated.
