All the up scale amenities. Comfortable, but relatively souless. Noisy on Saturday night. Great staff but no where friendly to relax.

Negatives: Exit is a pain. Must turn right and go miles out of way to get to nearby town.

The bar was way too expensive. Had asked for a roll away. Checked in at 3:00 a.m. and no roll away was in the room. Also, three in the room and only 2 big towels.

It is central to where we had to go to be with family members after attending a wedding in Staten Island/NJ area. We used to live in the Westchester area. Did not like the no buffet breakfast.

When checking in make sure you tell them you want a room as far from the pool as possible. They have a huge atrium around the pool which makes a high amount of the rooms overlook the pool area. These rooms are filled with noise and a very strong chlorine odor. Also the humidity from the pool pretty much takes over half the hotel. Air condition in these rooms cannot keep up with the stifling humidity. And when checking in these are the first rooms they fill. The staff is very helpful but do not know enough about the area to give directions, so use map quest. Also avoid the restaurants in the hotel as they charge 4 star prices for chain restaurant food and drink. If driving make sure to arrive early as parking is at a serious premium, great place if you have a couple children but check pool for cleanliness before giving the kids the okay. Pool was filthy the whole time we were there. Reminds one of a shore hotel in mid summer.

There was no mini-fridge in the room. Large stain on the carpet in our room. Hotel is not smoker-friendly. There is only one area people are allowed to smoke, and it's across the driveway from the front desk. This is a very long walk from the room, and the smokers are all standing outside by the doors, so non-smokers have to walk through a cloud of smoke anyway. It's not convieneint for anyone. It would have been much better if the rooms had balconies.

Positives: Beautiful lobby, comfortable bed.

Negatives: Non smoking, large stain on the carpet in our room. No mini-fridge, ice maker in hall was broken.

It was a beautiful hotel and located perfect for us. I thought the mattress was way to soft. The bathroom could have been bigger and should have a fan in it to help with odors.

Nice hotel with a reasonably good staff. Bring your own computer or you're sunk! Business center is a disused room with one locked computer and no label on the door. You can only use pay computers on first floor. Computers in lobby are used by surfers that never leave.

Negatives: Business center is a joke, no, make that non-existent.
