The cabins and linens are not clean when you arrive. Be prepared to make a trip to the laundry mat. The dust on the fans is half an inch thick and there are plenty of dust binnies. The shower curtain liner came with mold which I also replaced. The furniture is less then be desired. The cabin does not really accommodate six people even though it is promoted that way. There were not 6 knives forks or spoons. Not six chairs and not enough sitting room for six in the living room. Pretty disappointed.

Positives: It is walking distance to the beach and library. It is PFI ate except for your three neighbors.

Negatives: Cleanliness. Owner is never available to speak with. We must go through a third party person who is not in real estate.
