Our management team Dan and Shari Proper live on the premises to ensure they are always available to assist you in any way they can.

Located across the street from Horse Shows In The Sun or HITS we are equipped to handle all your lodging needs when coming to the events.

We have a large parking lot to accommodate trailers of all sizes as well as a large grass area for your horse to graze.

We have a full size laundromat to keep your gear and clothing clean and each wing has its own common room with a full kitchen to prepare your own meals or you can just relax by the fire place to unwind from a long day. We are also 20 minutes away from Hunter Mountain Ski area and Ski Windham. Both facilities feature year round activities. We are also located next door to Puttin Plus miniture golf as well as being near Saugerties other fine attractions.
