It was fine, and nice since it was historic with a convenient location although on the edge of the commercial district of town. The room could have been in better condition but the appointments were pretty. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.
Positives: It was historical, quaint, and quiet.
Negatives: Seams of wallpaper in room needed sealing and there were some patches on wallpaper; also shower was extremely bare bones.

Inn is located in the heart of town, near all restaurants, shops etc. Room was clean and comfy, wireless internet worked well. Did not eat at in house restaurant. We were there for a wedding.
Positives: Clean, comfy beds.
Negatives: Not much parking, not enough handy cap parking spaces. Our room was on first floor, ice machine was on 2nd floor.

Even though it's the oldest hotel in Saratoga, it's comfortable and modern enough. The bed was awesome, bathroom was clean and I would definitely stay again. The restaurant looked nice but we ate elsewhere and the bar doesn't open until 4 - 5. It's in a fantastic location.
Positives: The bed was huge and very comfortable!
Negatives: Pool and gym are in separate locations.

The inn at Saratoga recently got a public room facelift and has become a wedding site for Saratoga springs. Easy walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Set up to make you feel that the year is 1890, but with modern conveniences.
Positives: Victorian charm, great complimentary breakfasts, our favorite bar in Saratoga.
Negatives: A large wallpapered pillar in the middle of the bedroom floor.

The internet booking was wonderful, no problems at all when we entered the hotel. Very comfortable the best I have ever stayed at and we were on the street side. The pictures on the internet looked just like the room and we loved the quilt when the temp. Dropped. Being from Florida you miss the warm quilt nights and it was a very pleasant reminder why we live where it is warm. Breakfast was awesome and the coffee best ever. We stayed for four days and it was like we had a weeks worth of rest. The Saratoga draft was a great night cap and taste of the area.
Positives: The most comfortable hotel I have stayed in, the girl on the weekend did the job of two week day cleaning ladies and needs to get a big pay increase.
Negatives: Comic night was going on as soon as you walked into the hotel, should be in the back room not in the middle of entrance, fire hazard.

Overall this was a really nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. It was nicely decorated and the service was very good. The bed and pillows in the room were amazing. We were kept a lot of the night, though, by an air conditioner that would not sit right in the window and rattled. There were little things like old wallpaper and the bathrooms needed new, clean caulk but these were small details. I would definitely stay at the inn at Saratoga again.
Positives: The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: Noisiest ac I have ever heard, some small repairs were needed in building.
