This hotel was a great location! The staff was friendly and the rooms where clean and updated, the bedding was great down comforters and marble tile in the bathroom! I will stay here again!

My room was cold, the heating unit did not seem to put out any heat. It was necessary to get a space heater to get the bathroom warm enough to shower. The Carpet had several spots on it. The walls were dirty and patched. There was mold and mildew on the shower wall under the picket. Someone had burned their name into the night stand with a cigarette. The box spring on the one bed was broken and had pieces of wood sticking out of it. There was construction going on right outside of my room. The power equipment saw and vacuum was noisy, distracting and irritating. On one occasion the circuit breaker blew. When I called the front desk they told me it was do to the construction and it would not happen again. It did not happen again. It is apparently the only hotel in town. I would recommend to fellow travelers to either get a room in Oneida or Utica.

Negatives: The room was cold and dirty.
