Got a nice deal with this hotel! Got big bed and comfortable too, but the room doesn't have much space! the lobby is neat and presentable!

The hotel is older but in good condition. The staff is friendly. They let us leave our car in the parking lot after checkout so we could ride the train into Manhattan for the day. The air conditioner was pretty loud. There is a complementary continental breakfast.

The hotel could be updated. It was dowdy and gloomy. It did not keep up with the competition.

Fast check in, Clean rooms with fridge and microwave and across the street from a 24 hour major supermarket. The double bed rooms are too small for the chair and tables they put in the rooms.Close to public transportastion. Free internet.

Everything was ok except that the curtain did not close and presented a challenge to get undress with the light on at night. What's up with that?

1st night stayed on one side of the complex, was awakened by the traffic. 2nd night was much better, stayed in a different room, no noise.

I was disappointed. It appeared to be in need of repairs and updating. Drapes would not close, I believe these were broken, water damage on the ceilings and around electrical outlets was visible. Towel rack in bathroom fell off the wall. For the price my expectations were a bit higher.

Negatives: Outside noise; hearing the people in the adjoining room.

Car noise was very loud. At 6am construction workers using loud tools. Woke us up. Price was high on room.
Positives: It was near were we needed to be.
Negatives: Staff in breakfast not friendly, service slow, had to ask for water 3times.
