Sunder Land Cottages offers cabin style accommodations in Paradox.

Located on Paradox Lake in the beautiful Adirondacks of New York, we are a family business operated by four generations of the SunderLand family since 1950.

Nestled among the pine and birch, our cottages provide nonstop views of the lake. Gently sloping terrain creates a series of paths and trails over stone and moss. The cottages are scattered throughout the property, all with lake views, some directly on the shoreline, others within a few hundred feet of the water.
