Room was very comfortable - doorman was very helpful and very polite. Very disappointed in the "business center" which was basically 2 cubicles shoved in a back hallway (like it was an afterthought). Overall, room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay! thumbs up.

Positives: The doorman was very polite & location in the city.

Negatives: Lack of public spaces - no gift store.

Everything was perfect except contacting the front desk. They did not answer the phone. Otherwise, perfect.

Positives: Beautiful interior. Great location.

Negatives: No response by phone to the front desk, concierge, etc.

I don't want to recommend this hotel to anyone because I want to keep it a secret for my future trips into the city. Great value for the money.

Positives: Room was quiet, large and clean.

Negatives: No area to meet in.
