For the money, this was a great hotel to stay in. It was literally steps away from the subway. With the air conditioning running you could barely hear any noise from outside. The room was small, but ideal for tourists who don't want to spend a lot of time in their room.
Positives: I loved the decor of the bathroom and the high ceilings.
Negatives: No toaster or coffee maker.

Room was neat and clean. We liked the location because we liked to go out in Village, Soho and my wife likes the Canal street shopping. The room was hot because no thermostat in room and window AC would not get cold. Didn't no AC wasn't working till we returned late and was to partied out to change rooms but I would go back there for the location and a clean room is a priority to us. We also found parking for $22 for 24hour period which is about half of most place in that area. Garage is on Leonard St. 2 or 3 block walk. Recommended.
Positives: While room was small, it was neat and clean, very good location.
Negatives: Room was too hot, not heat control and AC would not get cold.
