Who would rate this place a 10? We stayed there in 1987 on the full American plan. Not bad but not a good value. The food was institutional, served cafeteria style in a drab dining room, a bit like the army - and it required jacket and tie! The staff was friendly but inattentive. The rooms were pleasantly austere with very dated furnishings and fixtures. The location is spectacular. Unless there has been a major updating of the place and its food service better I would not recommend it.
Positives: Scenery, serenity.
Negatives: Shopworn, faded.
