Roomy unit had a kitchenette, full bath, modern plunmbing, heating adequate. Enough windows, view mountains from windows. View large creek in rear. Felt like being in Vermont in woods, but safe as being in town.
Positives: 5 minutes from major restuarants and festivals or 8 minutes to skiing. Much lower rates than in town and much less drama.
Very accomodating.
Negatives: They will offer bagels and coffee upon request, but not major meals. They said in summer or weekends they will do more.
