Beds were super comfortable, room was small but clean, bathroom was clean but needed updating. Lobby was small, staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a perfect place to stay for an overnight stop. Free continental breakfast was OK, enough for a quick bite before sightseeing.

Positives: Convenient to Laguaria and bus line, free continental breakfast.

Negatives: Bathroom while clean was old and needed some work.

Clean, decent, seemingly safe area. Friendly staff. Long walk to some of the rooms and the elevator was out of order a few times.

Parking was not included you had to pay extra or search for a spot on the street. This was not good because we are in NY. Also the halls had a smoky body odor smell to them. Not very appealing.

Positives: The room was spacey and the TV was nice.

Negatives: The house keeping did not clean up our room upon request.

It was far less than I expected. The hallway was threadbare and smelled as though one hundred people spent 8 hours a day smoking in it. The room was passable but on the ground floor of a very busy intersection. It was impossible to sleep. The room was cold when I got there and it took a while for the heat to kick in. Overall a miserable experience after a long day.

Positives: The counter staff was friendly.

Negatives: It was a pit.

This is the best you can get for 2.5 star hotel, I'd suggest spending the extra $$ for a 3star.

I guess this is what New York City hotel rooms are like, but I won't stay at another Clarion if all the rooms are that small. The broken air conditioner kept me from getting much sleep considering it was 95 degrees outside.

My husband, mother and I came to Flushing for a Mets game. We wanted to stay at a hotel that was very close to the stadium. While the closeness to the stadium was this hotel's biggest 'plus', there were a few problems. The room itself was small and there was mildew in the bathtub/shower. We disliked the fact that we had to walk so far to get to our room (there was one elevator - on the other side of the hotel by the lobby) and believe it or not, our walk back to the elevator the next morning was UPHILL! NOT fun when you're carrying a bunch of luggage! We just felt that the price that we paid for this room was too much for the quality that we received.

Positives: The hotel was in a very convenient location for us.

Negatives: There was only one elevator in this entire hotel. We were on the opposite side from the lobby and had to walk very far on our floor to reach our room.
