During my recent stay I had requested at the front desk hotel manager for extended stay checkout, the manager told me he had open rooms of I wanted to book for an extra day. I explained that my home area of Pa was getting hit with a strong hurricane Irene and that having a later start to my drive home with a small child in the car would put me behind the storm, I was told I could have 20 minutes only. I checked out as scheduled and ended up driving home in a very dangerous situation, that could have been avoided if additional time would have been granted. I am also a frequent traveler of the choice hotel chain, and will no longer be using a hotel that does not care about my well being or that of my family. The hotel carpets in the entrance and stairs was very dirty and had a musty smell. The pool was cloudy and had a slightly green tinge at the far deep end along the side. No elevator was a huge concern as I am handicapped. It was a long walk up the stairs. Overall the hotel did not meet my expectations.

Positives: Clean bathroom.

Negatives: Customer service was lacking at all times during stay. All requests for special circumstances were all denied.

Nice amenities. You can save money by bringing your own food and drink. Large space with dining area. However, it was very cold when we were there and we froze outside while trying to enter the back door because our magnetic keys did not work. Eggs at breakfast were not edible. Also, it took a long time for our room to warm up.

Positives: The microwave, fridge, and internet.

Negatives: The eggs at breakfast and the malfunction of magnetic keys.

The hotel worked for what I needed. Just a place to stay along the way from Columbus, oh to Cooperstown, NY. It met my expectations and provided continental breakfast for free. It may not have been as nice as some of the other Comfort Suites I have been (Indianapolis, IN, Newport, KY), it was a reasonable value.

Positives: Easy to get in and out of and free continental breakfast.

Negatives: The room was not as clean as other comfort suite hotels I have stayed.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel was. The room was quite spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel again.

Positives: Very clean. Room was quite spacious. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. Overall, good experience.

Negatives: No elevators.

Hotel is very conveniently located to airport and Walden Galleria. Wonderful continental breakfast! Facilities looked nice but did not have a chance to use them since we were only here for one night. Rooms were clean and bright. One drawback is no elevator. I realize there are only two floors but lugging heavy bags up stairs was not fun at all.

Positives: Great continental breakfast!

Negatives: No elevator!

We enjoyed our stay. Good size rooms with nice sitting area. Great location for shopping with very friendly staff. Rooms not very sound proof, a lot of very early noise.

The hotel itself looks nice, but looks can be deceiving. The first room given to me had not been cleaned by housekeeping yet, so back down to the lobby to get a new room. They didn't believe me and actually accompanied me back to the room to see that it was in fact not clean. Not a good start. Then I got a clean room that was in pretty good shape. The hotel itself is not a bad facility (except for the pool), but if you care at all about customer service, avoid this place like the plague. It doesn't exist.

Positives: It is convenient to transportation (airport/train).

Negatives: The staff was rude, didn't care about me and made it clear.

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel in and out. You can make your waffles for breakfast, good chose of food for breakfast. I believe that when ever I travel again I am going to chose Comfort Inns.

Positives: Beds are soft and comfortable, Hotel is very clean.

Negatives: Swimming pool.

We loved the pool and hot tub, the beds and pillows and the breakfast! Breakfast featured all of the typical fare plus sausage (you have to reheat), hard-boiled eggs and make-them-yourself waffles! The whole hotel was clean - rooms, pool area, lobby and breakfast area.

Positives: The pool and breakfast, and comfy beds.

Negatives: Check out came too soon (though it's noon).

Our room was a generous size with updated decor and bathroom. King size bed was too soft for my liking but still okay. The complimentary breakfast was great with both hot and cold selections. The gym is good enough for a quick maintenance workout. Did not venture into the pool area. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

Positives: The complimentary breakfast was excellent and a surprise.

Negatives: Rooms need more sound proofing around the door. Too much noise from the hallway.

For the money, this was a very nice hotel. The staff was very courteous and the hotel was very clean, no random smells. Noise from the airport, but this was expected due to location near the airport. Would definitely stay there again. Pillow top beds a plus!

Positives: Clean, had all necessities, quiet within the hotel.

Negatives: Airport noise--but expected it.

I arrived in Buffalo, NY with an infant, and called for the shuttle, it was right there! They had me already checked in; my key ready, heater on crib set up and helped me with my luggage. It was wonderful!

Staff is friendly and there's a pc attached w/ a printer where you can print your boarding passes) free of charge.

Positives: I chose this hotel since we had an early flight to catch and it's only 5 minutes from the airport.

Negatives: It's hard to find unless you have a GPS.

You may want to keep footwear on while you are at this hotel. Just doesn't feel very clean.
