Ants on the bed sheet...informed front desk.was told there is nothing they could do about it.

The hotel's room is very dirty and dusty. The washroom is very small and smell bad. It doesn't look like a 3 stars hotel. I'm very disappoint this time.

Overall, a great stay at this hotel! The pool was clean, and the pool hours were good (6am-10pm). Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Positives: The pool and it was a very comfortable stay.
Negatives: Reported a couple problems to front desk and they were not taken care of. That was the same day I did not receive housekeeping.

Overall had a great experience. The hotel was nice and was very popular among Canadians. The hotel is very close to the i-290 and various other stores/malls. A lot of eating options around the hotel. A nice perk is the wireless Internet, but it was slow at times.
Positives: Close access to many amenities, be it the highway or shopping.
Negatives: Wireless Internet was slow.

Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel. Great mattress, linens, pillows. Warm and large pool, separate room with hot tub for privacy. Bath & Body toiletries, Kureg coffee for coffeemaker. Could have been a little cleaner but wasn't bad at all. Front desk staff was a little uneducated in hospitality but cleaning/service staff were SO friendly and seemed genuinely happy.
Positives: Loved mattress/assorted pillows/linens, kureg coffee, bath & body toiletries, warm pool, hot-tub in separate room gave privacy.
Negatives: Hot tub was a bit dirty. bathroom was plain, hairdryer so little it didn't dry anything and

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was clean, excellent mattress for a great sleep, nice decor, updated rooms. All staff that we met<BR/>was friendly and helpful. My husband was happy with the Keurig coffee maker and I was with the bath & body soap, shampoo, and lotion. Will stay again in the future.

The hotel staff was very rude when I called to ask for double beds, they said I am not guaranteed anything, my friend called back and they said they would be sold out, when we got there the parking lot was empty and they said they were full but charged us $10 for a room with double beds, really do not like this for the price I paid.

This hotel was pretty clean, had a helpful staff, and was in an ok neighborhood (I felt safe enough). My kids loved the pool, although it was quite cold.

The front desk staff was friendly, the check in check out process was fast and painless. The pool and workout area looked new, the pool was nicely heated.

Old hotel, Old worn out carpets, rooms were small, microwave in lobby not working, extra charge for microwave and fridge, 2 beds charge extra. Dissapointment for the entire family.

If I could always get this priceline price I would stay there every time I go to Buffalo. Very friendly staff, clean, good but pricey restaurant, location good for our needs.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years in the military and as a civilian. This hotel was one of the worst I have been in. I would rate it as a 1 star at best. There were long black hairs in our bathroom, on everything in the room. The showers (we had 2 rooms) had mold in them. Very low quality bathrooms. The Jacuzzi was very dirty. The pool has broken pieces of pipe coming out of the side. Thankfully we had a nice time at the falls but I would never go back to that hotel again.

We were very pleased with our room. It was decorated very attractively. It was very clean and spacious. The service was very warm and friendly. The only negative we noticed was the hallway had worn carpeting that didn't match the decor. The doors appeared to be older and didn't equal the quality of the room. The location was in a safe area and very convenient for restaurants and major highways. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The front office staff was rude to me when I complained regarding a non-working toilet flush. Water was running one whole night and day before any action was taken. Took me 3 requests before somebody came to fix it. But next day I noticed the chain of the flush was broken. I complained to the front desk and asked to be compensated for the inconvenience. However, I was told there would be no way they we do that!

This hotel was a great value for the price. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Wireless internet availability throughout the hotel was very helpful. There are no elevators, so staying on the 2nd floor is a hassle when you have a lot of luggage. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
Positives: Great value for the price.
Negatives: Difficult to carry luggage upstairs without elevator.

Would not want to stay again. The room was ok for a 1-2 star hotel. Did not receive fresh toiletries or get a cleaned bathroom the next day, just emptied the trash can and made the bed.
