This campground is on a beautiful lake. It needs work but it's nice. The campground has no staff really except for the manager Mark Debenideto. He is awesome to everyone and is always doing something to keep the place nice. We have been here for a few years and hope the park can get its act together. We love our little spot.
Positives: The lake location. The friendly people at the store. Our friends that we made here. Mark the manager. Robert at the gate house is a sweet heart.
Negatives: The owners are alway trying to screw the campers. Bathrooms need to be made nicer.

Westward Shores has 3 different categories of park sites. Lakefront, Water View and Woodland.
Lakefront Sites - These sites are directly on the main lake. A sandy beach fronts each site. Swimmers enjoy a gradual entry to about 4' within the swim line area. No motorized watercraft are allowed in the confines of - the swim line. Beautiful views stretch across the lake to the mountains that surround it.
Water View SitesThese sites are located in the Lagoon/Marina area of the park. Offering fine views of the lake and fronted by the lagoon itself. Though there is no beach area here they offer a quiet place to set up your lawn chairs and take in the views. Camping at it's finest.
Woodland Sites - These are our most common type of site. Scattered thru the lakeside forest, varying in size, privacy and location to different sections of the park, North or South Beach, the Camp Store or the Marina. All of our sites accommodate varying sizes of RVs. Water, Sewer, Electric and Cable are located at each site.
