Had the best time at this hotel that I ever had in my life. The room was huge and gorgeous. All common areas were spotless and welcoming. Hotel staff addressed me as Ms. and was always sure to be polite with me. Room service was fantastic and so fast! I felt so classy staying at this hotel.
Positives: Everyone treated me like I was the classiest lady in the world.
Negatives: The chemicals in the pool were a little harsh for my skin.

Negatives: Nothing.

This hotel does not measure up to the standards I expect from a Sheraton. I could have stayed at a Hampton Inn or equivalent for much less and been just as satisfied. I did not eat at any of the hotel restaurants, so I cannot comment on them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Positives: Location was excellent.
Negatives: The room was in disrepair. The bathroom was in need of remodeling. The room overlooked a truck loading facility.

Not what we expected or paid for. The bathrooms were old and need to be updated. The pillows were so thick and hard I would need a chiropractor after this visit. The underground garage was dark and dingy. Fitness center was OK, Pool was dismal. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was acceptable but not outstanding and a little over priced. Staff was very nice and courteous.
Positives: Conveniently located to downtown, public areas were very nice.
Negatives: Not 4 star qualities, bathrooms in need of refurbishment, pillows and beds were uncomfortable.

The location is great - you can park your car and never use it again during your stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice, and the staff was very friendly.
Positives: We were able to bring our two dogs and it worked out very well. This is the first hotel that did not charge us ado¿s fee for pets.
Negatives: It was all very positive.

Aside from the traffic buzzing around the building (which you can't hear from the inside) the location is great and the accommodation are comfortable. We'll go back.
Positives: Proximity to downtown shops and restaurants.
Negatives: Traffic around the hotel.

The food was very good. The roasted corn and lobster chowder was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. *****I do not recommend this hotel for families with younger children. ***** The staff made us feels less than welcome with our 3 year old (it was his birthday). The exception was the lounge; the staff was great and made us feel very welcome.
Positives: Sunday brunch.
Negatives: The view of the river is obstructed by piles of rusty metal.

Great hotel have stayed here many times. Very comforting and in a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great stay!
Positives: Very clean, bed was wonderfully comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Great location!
Negatives: Not the greatest view from the room.

The hotel is very nice clean and a helpful staff. I wish before we had booked I had known that the restaurant would not be open for a regular breakfast. If I wanted continental breakfast I would have stayed at a 49.00 dollar a night hotel.
Positives: Helpfulness of the staff.
Negatives: No full breakfast Christmas morning.

The rooms need a little work, but overall a very pleasant experience.
Positives: We were impressed with how friendly and helpful the hotel staff was.
Negatives: The rooms need to be renovated.

I have stayed here twice and liked it both times. A great place to stay. Close to Newington, NH (and the mall, restaurants, etc.) and Kittery and York, ME. I mean less than 5 minutes for any of these places.
Positives: The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean.
Negatives: In the photos online, it looked like you could get a harbor side view but they actually have very few rooms with a view.
