We are return customers and really like this hotel. We have an Autistic 15-year-old and the large rooms, desk, WiFi, and extra seating.
Positives: Friendly front desk staff and large rooms.
Negatives: Room had poor air circulation and no refrigerator.

Pretty nice hotel but I don't think it's a 3 star because of so many carpet stains, cracks in the walls in the halls.
Positives: The pools, Jacuzzi and sauna.
Negatives: They wanted to charge $10 each per night for refrigerator and microwave.

The hotel was wonderful, front desk staff was gray. Very romantic and the public areas are nice to sit and talk.
Positives: The public areas were great.
Negatives: Housekeeping took a long time to get to room.

Everyone was friendly, the rooms were great. Since the pool is open to outside memberships, there was many times a lesson going on in part of the pool. The rooms had a dull smell of smoke. Overall a good experience.
Positives: The rooms were nice and big.
Negatives: The rooms did not smell the greatest.

The public areas of this hotel is upscale quality. The room however need a lot of updates and rather disappointing. Sink and tub are in bad shape. There are no amenities - like refrigerator or room safety box. They do provide one in the front desk, but you have to sign in and out every time.
Positives: Nice swimming pool and lobby. Ample of parking spaces.
Negatives: The sink, bathtub and toilet is very used condition. Bed are ok. They did not had sleep number beds. The AC/heater had bad smell.

If the pillows and sheets were not marred, I would have had a much better attitude. I found it really yucky that 3 pillow cases were dirty and there were marks on both sets of sheets on the beds. The pillows were definitely stained/dirty - the sheets almost looked like pen marks or such. At 10:00 they won't give you anything to eat - not even in the late night bar. No vending machines either!
Positives: Pretty hotel in fairly central area - girl behind desk was nice.
Negatives: 3 of the pillows were dirty. No food after 10:00 (even in bar at 10:05)!

Stayed for the weekend. Have no complaints. Great hotel with a pretty neat design. Staff was friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. Sleep number bed was a plus. Was in a good location, near major highways and local attractions.
Positives: Room size and sleep number bed.
Negatives: No complementary newspaper.

I've stayed here several times and will again in the future. The best 3 star hotel in the area.
Positives: Always enjoy my stay here, nice facility, good location.
Negatives: Had noisy neighbors this time, and the walls are not super thick.

I would highly recommend this hotel for all travelers. The lobby is very impressive, beautiful, shiny-it has a castle theme. The business center was great, large room, comfortable, two computers and seating areas. I think the staff should put up a sign to keep kids from playing games on the computers. Although it wasn't a terrible problem. The room was a very good size, as well as the bathroom, two sinks. Nice amenities. I asked the staff if I could have a renovated room and he said none were available. He could have fooled me with the room that I got. Also, the beds and linens were so comfy. I would definitely stay again.
Positives: Rooms clean and appealing. Very nice staff. Great business center.
Negatives: My bag was lost. The airline delivered it at 2 pm. I repeatedly checked with the front desk, they said it never arrived. 8 hours later, they found it.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time, apparently, it was a Sheraton. We had no hot water. This time, the cleaning staff did not replace the coffee in the room and left the coffee cup sitting just where it was left by my husband.
Positives: It was inexpensive.
Negatives: They did not clean the room other than to make the beds and replace towels, nothing else was touched.

This hotel was built in a Tudor revival style, probably in the 60s or 70s. Today that style is a bit of a liability, but they are doing the best that they can with it and run a very nice hotel.
Positives: The exercise facilities were great.
Negatives: My do not disturb sign on the door was ignored.

They need wireless internet in the hotel, but otherwise it was fine.
Positives: The bed was great.
Negatives: The floors were dirty.

Very nice hotel. We did not eat there but they had a wonderful Easter Brunch for a very reasonable of 24.95. The Tara design is an exciting concept and just a very nice place to stay.
Positives: Spaciousness, cleanliness.
Negatives: The floor they put us on 6 was being renovated so the banging started early in the morning.
