The hotel is in a good location and rooms were generally new. The room first given was not even made. The keys did not work every time I tried to get in and needed to be programmed. Bath tub was partly clogged.

Positives: New rooms.

Negatives: Staff seemed to have no clue. Rooms were not made and keys had to be programmed every time.

Generally good quality of room and facilities - gym was disappointing in its size and condition of machines. TVs and treadmill were not operating.

Positives: Good central location at a reasonable price.

After some difficulty in locating the hotel I had to call to get directions from them. They may have the biggest sign in Manchester according to the desk clerk, but there is nothing on the ground to indicate that is the building you are looking for. The desk clerk was really nice and the room was very clean, comfortable and I was surprised at the quality of the linens and bed spreads. Very comfortable bed, made me sleep like a rock!

Positives: Very friendly, super comfy beds!

Negatives: The sheets and towels where laundered after one night even though I did not leave the sign out for them to do so! Wasteful.

Very comfortable, modern rooms and lobby. Affordable breakfast and great staff. All around, a great experience.

This hotel would be great for both leisure travelers and business travelers.

We stayed only one night. Location great for being near airport in Manchester. Room was nice, television great. Restaurant was so short staffed that it took 20 minutes to get a menu and we had to get it ourselves!

Positives: Close to airport, free parking.

Negatives: Need more restaurant workers.

A great place to stay! The staff bent over back wards to make my stay very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel is located near a large mall, outlet shops and restaurants. A movie theatre is next door. Location is good if you are looking for busy, not peaceful. The indoor pool was nice, the bed was comfortable. The walls and carpet in the common areas were dirty. The room looked cleaner but since I was turned off by the common areas, I was not 100 percent comfortable with the room either.

Positives: The hotel had a nice casual restaurant and a movie theatre next door.

Negatives: This was an old Sheraton and it showed it's age.

They did put us in a non-smoking room on the first floor after we objected. Was clean comfortable small room, great flat screen TV with HD cable.

Positives: Was clean, comfortable beds, quiet.

Negatives: They tried to put us in a smoking room on the 4th floor, these were the cheapest rooms.

Overall the hotel is very nice and it would have been a good deal for the price we got. However, pool was closed for maintenance. Part of the reason for our hotel stay is to have my autistic 4-yr old son get to use the pool, and we couldn't. Staff went out of their way to help us try to swim at the local YMCA, but overall it was a difficult issue.

Everything you would need for the business traveler. Newly updated hotel with some unusual and unfortunate upgrades. There was no closet. But the beds and bedding were wonderful and the LCD TVs were great.

Positives: The LCD television and very comfortable beds.

Negatives: Small bathrooms, no closets.

Overall, I was happy with the quality of the hotel. I would have been much more comfortable and happy if I could have had a non-smoking room, because the smoking floor stunk, and there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.

Great for a short stay. The beds were quite comfortable but I wouldn't want to vacation there or pay the full price.

The Sheraton 4 Point Manchester, NH, was comfortable and attractive. It was in the process of being renovated. The new look was modern and clean. It was well located and well appointed. I especially liked the free internet. It was nice to open the laptop and be on the web. I was surprised that they did not include a refrigerator given the other thoughtful amenities.

Positives: Flat screen TV, modern design, free wireless internet.

Negatives: Pool was not available, no refrigerator.

Very nice hotel room, except bathtub did not drain properly, which I did not mind since we were not staying long. Hair dryer available along with free toiletries. No complimentary continental breakfast, but it was a nice hotel.

Hotel is in process of room upgrades that make it considerably more attractive, but location, pool facilities, and staff prevents it from getting an "upscale" 3 star rating from me. Excellent for a short stay and convenient to the airport. Good business class hotel.

I could not recommend this hotel to friends. I understood that it was under construction and the rooms were nice, but the wall is paper thin and I could here everything around me. I had to move twice, once because of people being to loud next door, the second because of the room smelling of paint, and almost a third due to a TV being on next door.

Positives: It was near dunking donuts.

Negatives: Walls were paper thin!
