Clean. Friendly accommodating staff. Several amenities. Quiet. Up to date.
Positives: Water cooler in lobby a must in New Hampshire.
Negatives: Smoky hallways.

Hotel is fine, staff should be replaced.

I know enough not to expect much from a super 8, but this one failed to meet my very modest expectations. The dirty bathtub was a particular disappointment. At least the beds were reasonably comfortable.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: Dirty bathtub, non-working wireless internet access.
