The OC Studio Suites, a Hotel Condominium, is ideally located on the New Hampshire seacoast, only 20 minutes from historic Portsmouth, 45 minutes from Boston, and close to the Kittery Outlet Malls as well as many fine restaurants, antique shops, golf courses, and marinas.

Our con-tel was built in 2006 and is concrete construction with a fire sprinkler system, and closed-circuit security TV system.

We are a non-smoking facility. Sorry, no pets.
