With a front porch overlooking this 190 acre pristine boutique lake, and just 200-ft from the water’s edge, you can enjoy sipping your coffee or cocktails while overlooking a huge grassy yard with views out to the lake. If you enjoy quiet lake surroundings with loons, herons and bald eagles, and enjoy water activities, then this is the place for you. Swimmers, sailboats, kayaks, canoes and motor boats are all welcome, and you have the use of the private community dock.

Enjoy excellent fishing in a relaxing setting. A two minute walk brings you to a local farm where you can see horses and chickens and purchase a dozen fresh eggs for breakfast the next morning. Wild blueberries are abundant all around the lake. For star gazers, view the heavens at night with amazing depth and clarity.
