For most the hotel was OK. The staff was on the phone/personal calls at lot. We set in the lobby and heard the desk clerk on a a personal call for over an hour. The breakfast room was small and hot. The person watching the breakfast room was very unpleasant/never smiled/if you ask for something it was so much trouble for her. She would not even help a boy about 10 remove his waffle from the waffle maker.
Positives: The comfort of the lobby for sitting in.
Negatives: The floor was dirty my feet turned black after taking my shoes/socks off/bathroom next to head of bed.

The rooms and service were fantastic. But the breakfast (nook) was cramped and the griddles kept the temperature sky high. They serve a great breakfast if you had a place to sit down.
Positives: It was away from the beaten path.
Negatives: Rooms faced the parking lot, not hardly Bridgeview.
