Very bad, not even a clock so you could see what time it was. No coffee anywhere, not even the office. No TV channel directory. Not customer friendly in the least! I would have been happy paying for coffee there, instead of having to get dressed and driving at 6am for a cup!

Positives: Access.

Negatives: Dirty.

This hotel does not maintain a 24 hour staff. They have an emergency line which no one answers. There was no heat in the room and the heating unit was not seated in the wall. This allowed cold air to just pour into the room. We ended up going back to the truck to get warm. Ultimately, we did get a room here with heat but, I still feel ripped off for the night when we had to sleep in the truck.

Positives: At least we were out of the rain.

Negatives: No on duty staff, no heat, and cold air was pouring in the room through a hole.

This is a "motel". We would have moved on to a different place, but it was already paid for and we are on a very tight budget. Weeds grew high all around the place, our door latch-lock was missing, mold grew all over the bathroom vanity, wallpaper was peeling, chairs broken, stunk like smoke (even though supposedly a smoke free room), curtains and blankets had holes in them, and to top it all off, scary people hanging out and playing their boom boxes at all hours of the night!

Positives: There was nothing at all to like about this place-totally horrific.

Negatives: To begin with, it is a motel, you drive up to your room. Weeds were growing high all around complex.

The rooms are in serious need of an overhaul. Some of the walls have water damage, holes and the plaster is falling off the ceiling. The beds are old and box springs are much stained. I did not feel comfortable of sleeping between the sheets and purchased a blanket to use as buffer. Our room did have a clean dorm sized refrigerator and microwave but no small coffeemaker, no hairdryer and no alarm clock. The staff was very friendly and helpful within their means. It is what it is. The location is perfect to I75/71 and easy to find. Lots of decent dining within walking distance.

Positives: Staff, Location.

Negatives: Shabby rooms in need of serious repair.

Not enough parking spaces in front of the rooms. Ants all over the place. Walls seem to have water damage. Wet towels in front of my room when I came back to the room on Sunday night. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Positives: Get rid of the ants and fix the walls in 113.

Negatives: Get rid of the ants and fix the walls in 113.

Sorry, but my trip was canceled at the last minute due to family illness. It was less than 48 hours before we were scheduled to stay at Knights Inn. In the rush of things I did not even think to cancel my reservation. I have stayed in this Knights Inn every year that I visit my relatives, for the last 10 years. Always an enjoyable stay. I based my answers on past experiences.

Positives: Price, location, cleanliness, service.

Negatives: Can't think of anything I do not like. Maybe that the AC is always on too high for my liking when I arrive.

This motel was the crummiest place I have ever stayed in. The room had electrical problems. The heater did not work, but it is not the heater's fault, because if I turned it on, the lights would dim. I have stayed in better places in South America for 20 USD a day! It was 1 AM and I did not have time to fight with management, so I left and stayed at the Quality Inn for $59, which was hundreds of times better. Not only that, but I paid $55 plus taxes and fees yet when I arrived, I found that the motel charges $39 a night. I am very upset that I paid in advance, paid more than the going rate, and got a motel not worth $8.I have pretty low standards, but after this experience, I would rather sleep on the street than to use hotel ever again.

Positives: Relatively close to airport as promised (wow).

Negatives: Half the lights did not work, and the heater did not work.

I was looking for a wallet-friendly hotel for an overnight trip to the Cincinnati area with my daughter. The price was great, as was the hotel's proximity to the interstate and a nearby mall, but I was disappointed that the pool was closed during our visit. The clerk at the check-in desk, however, was very helpful and directed us to a nearby aquatic center, where my daughter had an absolute blast. This hotel has seen better days, but the room was comfortable.

Positives: The woman at the checkout desk was very helpful.

Negatives: Pool was not yet open.
