The room was spacious and the furniture and beds were comfortable and clean/well maintained. Extra comfortable and over-size pillows were a pleasant surprise. However, for a 3 star room, I was appalled to find that all the room drains drained unacceptably slowly and that I never had any hot water .....
I did not use the public areas; did not avail myself of their breakfasts. I had very little need for interaction with the staff, but those I met were very friendly and helpful. The room had ample lighting, the TV was large and worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and the maid service was .....
