This was a good hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The location was farther from most area attractions than most hotels, but only a few miles away, so not a big deal.
Positives: Clean and comfortable.
Negatives: Location could be better.

It is located in a resort area and quite naturally charges what the traffic will bear. The four way stop signs for entering or exiting the hotel are somewhat problematic. The breakfast and the friendly staff made it an overall acceptable venue.
Positives: The breakfast was very good.
Negatives: It was high priced.

Very clean and very well kept facility. Recommend if travels take you to the great lake region of Iowa.
