It was a beautiful hotel, very clean and new, I have told several friends about it and about price line.
Positives: Granite counters and shower were beautiful and the wall hangings were nice.
Negatives: Only stayed one night, we had no complaints about anything.

When I arrived I was greeted with warm cookies. Our rooms were ready and clean. I really enjoyed my stay here.
Positives: Great center location, mall, lone star, olive garden , all in walking distance.
Negatives: nothing

Don't expect to get smoking if you book it. Dont expect to get king size bed if you book it. As for free breakfast buffet due to being a discount customer they charge you 13.50 for it and it was not worth it. I only ate one time during my 3 day stay. They entrance is very hard to find at night and I missed it and had to turn around twice to get into parking lot.
Positives: Price from Priceline.
Negatives: Went down for the breakfast. I was not eligible for free breakfast and I paid $13.50.

My experience at this hotel was OK. No problems to report. Quick, friendly check in, including the wonderful, warm, famous Doubletree cookies. The one negative I experienced was the size of the room. A corner room, was very small. I originally thought that the corner location would mean a larger room, but that was not the case. I'm not sure what the size of the other rooms was. The room was clean and had nice Neutrogena toiletries. Of course, the standard, wonderfully comfortable bed. Flat screen TV. A big plus was the location of the hotel, which was excellent. It is within walking distance of the Concord Mall, and on a strip with almost every other store and restaurant imaginable. I would stay again, but would request a non corner room.
Positives: Great location, near shopping and restaurants.
Negatives: Very small room/.

A<BR/>bit off the beaten track, but great hotel.
Positives: Warm cookies at check-in.
Negatives: Off a ways from the highway.

Very nice hotel, very clean and nice, clean bathroom.
Positives: Clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom with good sample products.
Negatives: More TV channel selection would have been nice.

This was a nice hotel. It had an awesome location. Right next door to the mall, many restaurants, and other places to shop. It was close to the major interstates and right near the city. The room in the hotel was bitter sweet. It was very neat with desk, lounge chair and ottoman, LCD TV and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The bathroom and dresser had marble counter tops which was nice. My only real complaint about the room itself, was the lack of a fridge, microwave, or one being available in the hotel at all. You had to pay additional to use either of the two. Last but not least, the cookies they give you a check-in are AWESOME (i don't even eat sweets). While I enjoyed my stay.
Positives: I loved the hospitality and location.
Negatives: Rooms not as nice as expected, as marble though.

Quite possibly the worst Doubletree that I have ever stayed at. The walls were paper thin, my bedside lamp's light bulb was broken and the alarm clock was broken. The people were very nice and the bed was comfortable, the food was below average. I am accustomed to higher standards at Doubletree and I have stayed at many of them.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: Paper thin walls, inoperable lights and alarm clock.

This hotel was very nice. We were greeted with a very friendly front desk staff. Our room was nice; there was a slight damp smell to it and hair on the bathroom floor. The bar was great and the food above average. The pool looked great and was very clean. The location was great, right next to a small but nice mall.
Positives: The Front Desk staff was very nice and the bar was well above average.
Negatives: There was hair on the bathroom floor.

Very clean and friendly hotel ideally located for business and leisure travel in the Brandywine area. Staff was very helpful and the hotel amenities were excellent (pool and fitness room).
Positives: Friendly staff, especially towards younger children.
Negatives: Air conditioner was a little noisy.

I stayed here and the next 4 nights at a 2 star Quality Inn. While this hotel was 3-star quality in its appointments, the 2-star gave me free e-mail. As I use it constantly I was displeased with being charged $10 at a better hotel.
Positives: The suit was very nice.
Negatives: They charge $10 for online access.

Staff was very nice to travelers. Helped any way they could.
Positives: Very clean and friendly. I did not rate the restaurant I didn't eat at hotel.
Negatives: The little computer room area was to warm, uncomfortable to work in.

This hotel is great for business or visiting the town, staff was almost too nice. Parking is great and hotel is right next to a Mall, you can walk there. The maid service was nice too and rooms are brand new with HD TV. Still have to pay for internet and breakfast. But there are three great eating places right across the street, be careful in walking as street is very busy and fast.
Positives: Room very big & clean and new, nice view, comfortable beds, great parking and very nice staff.
Negatives: Charge for internet, elevators need work.

The furnishings and linens in this hotel are superior. The best I've ever seen and I've seen many. The omission of small refrigerator and/or microwave is understandable because of space choices.
Positives: Ice cream was available in lobby - yum.
Negatives: No fridge in the room. I travel with small cooler and had to throw out my stuff.

Clean and quiet, but about 6 miles out of downtown.
Positives: Nice room, free parking.
Negatives: I thought it was going to be downtown.

The hotel is difficult to find. It took me 2 hours to locate it even with printed directions and directions from several people along the way. By the time I got to the hotel, all restaurants were closed and I had to eat fast food near by. I've stayed at the Doubletree in Downtown Wilmington, which was much better. The internet was $10! It should be free for business travelers. The room was also extremely small.
Positives: The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
Negatives: Bad location, expensive internet, far from Downtown.
