7 OUT OF 10 Everything was nice. I didn't like that check in was at 4pm. It should have been at least 1 or 2. We paid for a full day for Friday and couldn't check in until 4pm. We had a smokers room, but it smelled like nothing but SMOKE! We had to call room service to get some odor away spray. The staff was .....

They were even able to supply us with a crib last minute when we realized we had forgotten all about the sleeping arrangements! .....
