The manager, staff, facility exceeded my expectations. The manager was accommodating and granted extended checkout, very pleased.

The hotel consistently covers all the basics you want these days. Convenient location close to shopping, dining, museums, wineries and casino. Very clean and well maintained rooms and public guest areas. Good values on getaway specials that include tickets to local attractions and casino. Dine in the restaurant for dinner, which gets top scores. Go elsewhere for breakfast. What keeps us coming back is the front desk staff. Warm, friendly, they know the area and give great advice on what to see/do and how to spend your time best, without being pushy or assumptive. Excellent service.
Positives: Reception/desk staff - take time to make your stay the best possible.
Negatives: Dining - great restaurant for dinner, but breakfast/room service sub-par.

This was not my first stay here and I have noticed a pattern of being assigned rooms in the less likely location (like right at the elevator, facing side-view lot, or right next to the main loud parking lot). Oh, and you will not get a Microwave in your room unless you are willing to pay $10 a day and I stay weeks at a time.
Positives: The TV and comfortable bed. Also, the gym.
Negatives: Reception treatment.

The hotel room was thumbs up, however the restaurant service was very slow. It took about half an hour for someone to take our order. Food was very good though.
Positives: Bedroom location was terrific.
Negatives: Bathroom had no exhaust fan, and TV volume was locked too low.

Good hotel. Room was clean, overall nice enough although stairwell/exit to pool was shamefully dirty and needed a paint-job. Also, exercise room had a strong bad smell.
Positives: Room was clean, refrigerator too.
Negatives: Room smelled slightly of old smoke, previous smoking room.

This hotel is situated on lovely grounds right off I-95. The outside courtyard and swimming pool are very nice and the spacious rooms are well-appointed. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.

Great location, very close to nearby attractions, I had a great time at Delaware Park and even got some good deals at the Christiana Mall. The hotel has an old world feeling when you walk in the door. It is obviously well taken care of. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the immediate area. I thought the breakfast buffet was way above the normal standards you would encounter at other hotels. I had a very nice and relaxing stay.
Positives: Very welcoming staff and extremely comfortable bed.
Negatives: Construction on I-95 is terrible, luckily there are alternate routes.

Hotel staff was very attentive when we complained of kids next door and upgraded our room to executive floor. Staff also gave us free treats and made sure we knew about the events and accessories available at the hotel like exercise, sauna, etc.
Positives: Quiet room and amenities was excellent on executive floor.

This hotel needs some updating. The location is good except that there are very few necessities nearby. We had to travel 7 miles to a gas station. It is a nice, quiet, out of the way hotel.
Positives: Good size room; good location;.
Negatives: Desk chair was broken; AC unit needed cleaning; bed pillows were too soft.

I have stayed at this hotel several times for work and I love it! The staff is great and is always so welcoming. They also have a great bar and restaurant on property, you really don't ever have to leave the hotel. But if you do want to venture out, there are so many places to choose from. I love the swans too!

Negatives: A little expensive, but worth it compared to other hotels in the area.
