I will never stay at this resort again. Staff has become flat rude over the years. We are members here and have since grown very regretful in purchasing this membership. They have no concern that you are on vaction. On our last trip management gave our 2 month reserved spot to a walk in and tried to stick us in a spot that we could not fit. When we questioned there actions they immediately treatened us with suspension informing us to take it or leave. Since we could not fit we had to leave our other familly members and pay to stay else where . I thought I was the customer ?? Did I not purchase my very high membership fee to prevent treatment like this ?? Avoid this resort if you are at all concened about having your long planned family get away ruined by lack of concern.
Positives: Usually clean.
Negatives: Staff used to be friendly making this a decent resort. Now that that feature has dissapeared this is a common resort with nothing extra to offer. You would be better off staying closer to beach where we were treated as a valued customer
