The hotel was okay, definitely not a 3 star hotel. Maybe a 2.5 mostly for it's great location near the freeway a positive & negative if your room happens to face it. (we had a room changed). It was located across the street from a great mall. I liked the fact that when I requested a roll away bed it was a lot better than I expected not the old metal kind but with wood; and I wasn't charged for it. Our rooms were on the lower level near the housekeeping dept.
Positives: I liked the prompt response of the staff.
Negatives: I think the room was the least desirable in the hotel.

From the front desk with her excellent customer service as well as all staff including cleaning staff, to cleanliness and amenities, this place is excellent in every way. I'll certainly come back again.
Positives: Excellent in comfort, cleanliness and customer service.
Negatives: Nothing that I didn't like here.
