Place is sold and is no longer rental property
Positives: That it sold and the now that it is privately owned the cleanliness issue is eliminated.

Not recommended! My husband and I arrived to spend one week, but the cabin was filthy with grime on the walls, cupboards stuck shut from grease, a bad musty odor, black loveseat from dirt, and beer cans left in the closet. The cabin was right on the highway, with lots of noise and you couldn't see the lake. It was so hot from the hot tub on the porch (which was covered with styrofoam scraps. The boats were half submerged in the lake (all of them leaked), and the owner/manager took off until the next day and never answered his cell phoone. The tv and vcr were broken and no cable, either. The place is for sale and reun down. We found another resort in the area and were very pleased. Would never recommend this place!
