Tom was a very gracious and nice host, very helpful.
Units have air conditioning, cable, internet, yet are very rustic and close to nature. I liked the roads nearby for biking, and the kids liked walking to the nearby park. The beach area was very nice and we had fun boating.

Positives: nice dock for your boat, beach and firepit nice
