While the location, cleanliness, and staff was exceptional. I was surprised at the blandness of the rooms and the overall appearance of the hotel. For the price, it should have included a refrigerator in the rooms. The rooms were tight quartered. Not what I would expect to pay for this price.

Positives: Was very clean, staff was very friendly.

Negatives: No refrigerator in the rooms. Bland appearance.

This hotel was in a prime location for my shopping weekend. Also, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Positives: The pool hours were open later and that fit right into my schedule.

Negatives: It would have been nice to have a refrigerator and microwave oven available in the room.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was so kind and even offered to help us. My Father In Law who is 85 years old was traveling with me and my husband. They were so kind and helpful to him. I only wish that our other hotel experience would have been as good as this one.

Positives: The bed was wonderful and the room was very Clean, non smoking.

Negatives: Kids in Pool.

The hotel staff was the nicest I have ever had at a hotel and went out of their way to accommodate us. The best continental breakfast I have ever had. And the price that I got it for was quite the bargain; I have paid 3 times more and was disappointed with other hotels.

Positives: One of the best continental breakfast I have had and the best hotel staff.

I stayed at this hotel because my son had broken his arm and was to undergo surgery. He lives too far to drive back and forth. The hotel was comfortable enough, and there was plenty to eat at the continental breakfast. However, there were some problems. 1. The hot tub/spa was colder than my bathwater. I doubt it was warmer than 85 degrees, though their sign said it could be a max of 104.2. It took three attempts to get a refrigerator and microware in the unit.3. There is a tree out front that dumped tons of gooey droppings all over my car. Two trips through the car wash were not sufficient to get it all off.4. One of the tiles on the bathroom floor came out and cut me on the toe. The floor looked like it had been repaired a few times before it should have been replaced. Would I stay there again, only if it was the random hotel selected? I would not intentionally book the Oshkosh Fairfield Marriott.

We found the hotel easily, the clerk was pleasant, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was great. We have been there before and will go again.

Good location. Clean comfortable room. Nice pool area with chairs and towels. Very courteous staff. Continental breakfast selection and eating area pleasant. Room a little noisy at times. Overall, a very nice stay.

As I said in the questions above, the staff was great, but the hotel itself needs a face lift and a very good cleaning from top to bottom. Running cord over the carpet and covering with tape to the computer in the lobby is and looks very cheap. You can feel cords running under the carpets in the rooms. The rooms have a very bad odor. The hot tub had brown slime floating in it.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Negatives: The rooms smelled really bad and the pool and hot tub were dirty.

Good place for kids. It was loud (a kids baseball tournament team was staying there). I could hear the people above me walking around every time they moved. Kids running up and down the hall sounded like they were right next to me. The door had a gap so maybe that is why I could hear them like I did. It has a nice breakfast buffet and ample room to sit and eat. Nice, clean and fairly modern.

Positives: Looked and felt fairly new. The bathroom was pretty.

Negatives: The door had about a 3/4 inch gap where I could see light from hall at night.

Comfortable hotel not luxury but nice. Friendly staff. Rooms clean & comfortable. Continental breakfast included hot foods also which is nice and in the afternoon fresh cookies & coffee were available in the lobby as well as free newspaper.

Overall a comfortable quiet place. Friendly helpful staff. You use to use a different hotel in Oshkosh. The Fairfield is a nice improvement.

Positives: Clean. The beds are comfortable, service is polite.

Negatives: The breakfast is somewhat lacking, a gym or some exercise area would be nice.
